Ive suffered with knee pain on and off for 8 months, im a Muaythai fighter and havent been able to train without beipng in pain,
After an amazing treatment with reynold, not only did he release alot of the tension in my muscles but he also explained everything to me and gave me the knowledge to help with my recovery. After the session a few days later i went back to training and felt no pain. Very grateful and will be returning to see him.

Really knowledgable and really helpful. I had a range of issues which ray addressed. Would definitely be back. I was skeptial at first due to some bad feedback from sport massages in general but everything was explained and described which made it more enjoyable as I knew what was going on.
