Went for further treatment as had pain with my achilles and tightness, Ray was great easing the tension for my achilles I felt a lot better walking the next day without pain

Excellent deep tissue massage! The therapist was professional, friendly, and targeted all the areas of tension perfectly. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and with much less stiffness. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

I've finally found a good Physio!
I've been to many physios recently most of them just gave me exercises without releasing the muscles, or some of them weren't strong enough.
No such problem here. He asks how much pressure is you'd like and he worked all the muscles!
The shoulder reset is just what I needed.
