This is my second treatment with Rachael and that says it all really. I wouldn’t have returned if I hadn’t been really pleased with the first treatment.
Rachael is very friendly, but professional. She really cares about providing the right treatment and is very knowledgeable. I went in with A very sore, stiff neck with very limited range of movement. I came out feeling so much more flexible, I could feel a lot of the tension had disappeared and there was so much less pain.

Gentle massage, helping to reduce swelling associated with menopausal water retention. Rachael gives great advice and her techniques are effective. Drink plenty of water afterwards and stay close to a loo! Noticeable reduction in swelling in arms, hands, legs and feet for 5 days following massage.
