I have always struggled with water retention however after one session I could already see a difference in my arms. After four sessions I could see muscle definition coming back and even went on my first long haul flight without my ankles and legs swelling :)

I didn't really know what to expect with a lymphatic drainage massage as I've never had one before. However, Rachel was brilliant at explaining the process and great at answering all of my questions! The massage was light and relaxing, and I felt immediately better afterwards. Thank you.

Atmosphere: An intimate and candlelit space, small and cosy; the neutral decor and relaxing music playing in the background will make it incredibly easy to relax (and fall asleep).
