Overall I had a lovely day, the decor and the views were lovely, the staff were lovely. I had a spa day, with a treatment and lunch. When making the booking I stated that one of the guests were a vegetarian but on arrival to lunch it was to my surprise that the restaurant was Steak and Lobster. In future, make it more clear about the restaurant as vegetarians lose out. In the end we had to order off the vegan menu which was very bland so we ordered chips. The staff made it special nonetheless.

The hotel is fabulous and breakfast was delicious. The spa experience was okay apart from the room being cold and lots of noise heard from those talking outside the room. The music in the room could have been relaxing and calming and more appropriate for a relaxing atmosphere instead of the upbeat jazz. The staff were friendly.

So glad to have booked my treatment at this spa. The staff were fantastically warm and friendly. The massage was amazing and the ambience incredibly relaxing and calm. Will be returning to use the spa soon.
