Staff were talking in their own language, the hair wash resulted in my sister's back all wet. Haircut was questionable and rollers got stuck in hair, sister had to assist. We didn't get staff we booked with. Won't be going again.

the haircut was fine but she only spent like 10 mins actually cutting my hair. the whole treatment only took 25mins instead of the quoted 40 and felt like she just wanted to get it done quick cos it was the last booking on a Friday afternoon.

10 minutes late to do my nails, filed the skin around my nails and the nails gel fell off after 3 days.

Booked for £16.50. Manager said I have to pay £25 as there’s an “error” on Treatwell with the prices. The prices are still showing the same offers. If it was an error they should have updated Treatwell and contacted me before the appointment to discuss it. Manager mentioned my hair is classed as long when it short-medium length and thin. Due to this I had to pay £25. Treatwell shows £20 for long hair. Don’t get why I didn’t get that offer at least. Disappointed!
