The face massage was done in such rush.. You can feel that the lady was doing it quickly.. Just to be done, not carrying how I felt, probably was she really busy that day...

Very disappointed- booked 1.5h, started 15 mins late & was told she could only do 1h then would swap with someone else. Waited another 10mins for them to swap during the massage. Last part was very rushed, all over the place & only lasted 20mins.
