The experience overall was reduced by the therapist who kept using too much pressure causing me so much pain and every time I told her to use less pressure, she reduced only for a few seconds then continued to cause more pain and discomfort. Even when massaging the neck area I felt like she was strangling me and taking out her anger. I asked her at least 10 times during the whole massage to use less pressure and to please massage in a softer manner
