I booked eyebrow threading but when I got there was told they couldn’t do it. I asked for refund which hasn’t been issued and Treatwell customer support also not providing me any help

Pleased overall with my manicure and pedicure, however I was made to wait 20 minutes despite booking an appointment and arriving on time. My pedicure included a lovely foot massage, but my manicure felt very rushed as it was past 7pm and they didn’t do any massage despite it being included in the service and the other customers receiving it with theirs.
