Uncomfortable experience - because of judgy comments and laughing at my requests. Ultimately poor communication about prices until treatment was completed. Having been a loyal customer for years, unfortunately, that experience has lost my custom.

I have visited Quinn Nails many times over the last 18 months - it has been very hit and miss in that time, but my last visit was finally enough of a miss to be my last.
A ‘manicure’ is deemed to be leaving nails to soak in a bowl of acetone. Nails are then filed down so heavily that they are paper thin, and even then I had to ask the worryingly inexperienced technician to stop. The experience was ultimately so bad that I decided never to return.
