Booked an appointment, made me wait 20 mins before seating me, then another 15 mins after they had filed off my existing whilst they dealt with another client. They said yes to 3 walk ins after me when there was only 2 people working the salon and already 3 customers... don't know why they take appointments if they don't honour them. Not great

Two technicians kindly did my mani and pedi simultaneously as I was time-poor. Had to correct the nail polish application a few times but otherwise it was fine
