Booked with Vanessa but was assigned to Jenny. I booked “corner flicks” eyelashes extensions, but Jenny convinced me to go for the full eyelashes, reassuring me it would look “natural” as I repeatedly asked, even showing pics of how I wanted it. After one hour and a half treatment, to my horror, I had extreme long, very curved eyelashes that looked as fake as they come. My eyelid were sore and red, I had glue even in my hair. By touching the lashes lightly, they started falling in my hands, in tiny chunks. I asked to have it removed as I could not recognise myself. I left the salon without any eye lashes extension, with red swollen eyelids and £50 poorer. The place is small and cold, and the couch where you lay in view from the window.
I was even asked to pay for additional £18, as I had just paid the corner flicks through treatwell. Not professional. They don’t listen to the customer. I was looking for a beauty salon to go to often, and this one is a no-no. Avoid.

Recently moving to london, I was nervous about getting my eyebrows done in a new salon as i have used the same eyebrow waxer for years. Both ladies in the salon were really lovely and friendly. Gennie was really thorough and did a great job of my eyebrows, i was very happy with them. I would definitely go back again for eyebrows and more treatments.

My nails look beautiful and I always really enjoy my pampering sessions at Queen of Hearts. Vanessa and Thuye are great at recommending colours, treatments and products, really knowledgeable and with great taste always!
