My lashes look good but a few issues with the process, she insisted a few times that I should opt for a treatment I hadn't booked in for & continued to mention how unhappy she was with my choice which made me quite uncomfortable. She glued my natural lashes to the pads under my eyes and had to change them mid treatment which was quite painful & has never happened to me when having lashes done. Maybe I’m not so acquainted with facials but I booked it hoping for it to help my skin health, be relaxing, feel refreshed. But there was no consultation about what I wanted out of the process, she asked if I wanted extraction so I said sure. She didn’t warn me how painful it was going to be, plus I feel like she popped some prematurely. And other than it was just a face wash. There’s usually some sort of face massage too but didn’t get that. I left with a sore very red face.
