They were running very late and there was zero communication about how long the wait would be or any sign of anyone being available. Two of us turned up for 3pm pedicure and we were both left waiting for 25 mins. I was about to walk out. The pedicure was good once it finally happened but I’m not sure I’d go again as the other lady waiting said this happens every time.
