An appointment was booked but I was not seen till over a hour later. The reason for booking an appointment is to ensure you can plan your day accordingly. I arrived 15 minutes early to ensure I was not late. However, the staff either accepted walk in's during the time of my pre-booked appointment or double booked without informing me.
