It was super busy and I had to wait 15 minutes after my appointment time and then they tried to start taking my gel pedicure off whilst I sat on a normal chair waiting and had my foot of their knee which was really unprofessional and they caught my skin with the drill which really hurt. Finally I was moved to the proper pedicure chair and then I had to ask 3 times for my nails to be cut shorter as I didn’t want long nails on my toes… the colour was done pretty patchily and not evenly…

Gorgeous venue & massage beds but 3 gel toes came off in 4 days.. a normal gel pedicure lasts me over a month so I’m pretty disappointed in it. After skin removal, she only put one pump of lotion to each leg & didn’t put any on heels, drying them out
