Went to get a pedicure as usual. In the removal of dead skin/exfoliating, the pedicurist was overly rough and broke the skin in 3 areas on my heel. Did not apologise or acknowledge this at the time. The area ended up getting infected and I was put on antibiotics.
Returning to the salon I was told the cuts were already existing & it was not their fault. He refused to listen to me & said that I came in with the cuts (I did not). The owner was very rude. I received no apology, nor compensation.
