Double booked, rushed my daughters hair then became annoyed when my daughter was moving around. Then told me if the cut isn't right it's your daughters fault for moving around. However, cilent before got good treatment, seems can't deal with kids.

They not there when we arrived, turned up after 15 mins. They did not wash or dry the hair, just did a very rushed dry cut. I explained my daughter's hair was curly but she straightened her hair before cutting.
