No option for cut and blow dry on website which is what I was after, and they tried to charge an extra £10 for a hair wash when I arrived. I explained the issue and they've updated the website since to include hair wash options, staff were really friendly and took the feedback nicely, and I got a great haircut. Was offered refreshments and it was a nice atmosphere, felt comfortable and would return :)
