I booked a balayage but unfortunately this is not the service I received. Instead highlights were given to me which she also gave me a much lighter and brassier result than the soft blended balayage I had asked for. I did raise my concerns as the colour was not what I requested. I showed inspo pics she even gave a colour chart for me to choose off. It was very far off. . I live very far from the salon and when I reached out to sahar she shifted blame onto me?

I had such a great experience at this beauty salon. Sahar was amazing, professional, kind, and really great at what she does. I’m so happy with the results, and the whole place has such a lovely, relaxing vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back; it’s become my favourite place already.

No option for cut and blow dry on website which is what I was after, and they tried to charge an extra £10 for a hair wash when I arrived. I explained the issue and they've updated the website since to include hair wash options, staff were really friendly and took the feedback nicely, and I got a great haircut. Was offered refreshments and it was a nice atmosphere, felt comfortable and would return :)
