I was left standing outside till 6.05, with the salon looking closed. I waited it out and someone came to let me in and told me they were running 20 minutes late. It wasn't very apologetic - just 'wait if you want to wait, don't if you don't'. I waited until 6.25 but no one came to see to me so I left. I felt that the salon was being really disrespectful of my time. I wouldn't book here again.
