I had a bikini wax & eyelash tint. The eyelash tint was great, unfortunately the high bikini wax didn't go well and I ended up bruised, swollen & slight bleeding. I've had loads of bikini waxes before from Organic Beauty and no complaints before so think it's a one off - they've also offered me a free bikini wax and were very apologetic so I'm happy to go again.

I was late and called ahead to let the salon know and was told that I could still attend 15 mins late which was appreciated! I like the salon, staff are friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed. I don't go anywhere else!

I wouldn't go back unfortunately. The slighter more premium price isn't reflected in the service or facial quality. Would rather spend more for a beautiful place or less for a more functional (but better) treatment .
