Booked a soak off and file and polish. Received a soak off and manicure instead. Manicure was very good but it meant I had to pay extra than what I had booked for. Would recommend and return again.

First time at the spa and had an amazing massage. My hip was extremely painful and the therapist managed to do an incredible work! I will definitely come back to quan spa when I am next in London!
