Pure Bliss! I love massages and on Sunday I had one of the most relaxing and blissful massages I have ever had in London. Quan spa is a lovely little gem on Gloucester Road. I book an one hour Aromatherapy massage on Sunday morning. The minute I walked down the stairs towards the massage rooms I feel I am taken to another world, leaving busy London life behind. I walk into a cosy and extremely clean massage room with great ambiance. The dimmed lights, beautiful music, aromas and candles take over my senses and I begin to relax immediately. My masseuse, Sarah, is extremely polite and friendly and an excellent professional. Her touch is firm and effective, without causing any pain. Immediately I start feeling the tension leaving my body. She is a true expert as she notices the extreme tension in my shoulders (a built up due to my office job) and even without me asking she is focusing her efforts on the problematic area so that I get the most benefit from my massage. She works her magic and soon I begin to feel my upper back muscles relaxing. I feel completely calm, cleansed and rejuvenated. I did not want the massage to end. It is a PURE BLISS! Cannot wait to go back!
I went to this new spa for the first time this past Sunday and had a massage with Sara. I was very happy with everything. The place is new and looks great, clean, tidy, with nice lighting and very nice and accommodating staff. The treatment rooms are downstairs. I found mine warm and comfortable. I also liked it that it was possible to get a treatment with no appointment and simply by walking in, although I expect that when people realise how good they are here, this won't be possible any longer. Thank you Quan.
