I had a lovely experience at the new Quan Spa Salon on Gloucester Road. I went in for a Shellac manicure and the nail technician Eva was really warm and friendly. I have really bad circulation/cold hands during the winter months and she recommended some good products to help with it. She also blended two colours to make my wine red manicure pop! I'll definitely be back again.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Quan Spa. The newly opened branch is clean bright and airy. The receptionist along with the beauticians were professional and welcoming. There was a great atmosphere. I had a manicure and pedicure and was satisfied with the results.
That was the best massage I've had for years. The environment was serene, clean and the staff are so friendly especially Janet; well worth it.Thank you Quan Spa :)
I went to this new spa for a Shellac manicure, the equivalent of which I normally do at the Urban Retreat where they use Artistic. A girl named Iva did the deed at Quan and she was the very best I've ever experienced anywhere, and that includes San Francisco and NYC where nails are, usually, very well taken care of. Her attention to detail was incredible, the finish was absolutely excellent and now 10 days in, it is still perfect. She recreated Rouge Noir for me in Shellac, which nobody has been able to do because many salons use 'Fedora' as a substitute, but 'Fedora' is a dark brown which has none of the red that characterises Chanel's Rouge Noir. Iva said she can layer and mix all sorts of shades for me, which I am looking forward to trying although next time I may do a wonderful pink I've spotted, 'Rosebud'. So long Urban Retreat... and it's even £15 cheaper here...!
Place pristine, brand new, great lighting and very nice receptionist too.
