I had the deep cleansing facial with Kiki. I was very pleasantly surprised with my experience! There were lit candles and soothing music in the Facial room as soon as i entered which was instantly relaxing. Kiki was so welcoming and informative about the product she was using which i greatly appreciated. I left Quan Spa feeling fresh, revitalised and positive. Kiki alsogave me some good advise that was specific to my skin type. I will definitely book with Kiki in the future as I now know that she has my skins best interest in mind and will go above and beyond to ensure I am satisfied with my facial. Many thanks for your excellent customer service and I hope to book with you again soon
