I had a facial with Corenne and she was very nice and did a great job with my skin. However, I found the salon itself not very welcoming to customers. For £80 per facial I expect more customer care e.g. bring a glass of water, recommend a skin care routine or letting me know when I leave that I still have some product of my face mask on my skin (which I did not see when looking in the mirror before leaving but later saw it in the bright daylight). I can recommend the quality of the specific service provided though!
