I had an okay experience, Claudia, the hairstylist cut my hair really short, much shorter than what I asked for. My hair was shoulder length when I came in and I left a pixie cut and I have curly hair. I am really upset at this. I hope that Claudia can get a course in learning how to cut hair and customer service.
