I have been here a few times and I’ve had positive experiences on each visit. Staff are professional, kind, and easy to talk to. I am always seen at my appointment time and leave in good time. Celaska and Kissey in particular usually do my hair and I am always happy when I leave.
The staff know a lot about hair and have helped to restore my hair from weak, dry and brittle to thick and healthy. Thank you!

Not worth it. Overcharged for very basic service.
Went for a simple wash & blow dry and split-ends chop. When I booked they said £55, when I called a few days later to confirm, they said it was actually £45.
The whole appointment was about 30mins, no treatments or styling, just wash and trim. They then charged me £70, despite me telling them what I was quoted. I paid to end the drama and go home, but I couldn’t believe it. Ruined my day. Never going back.
