Not happy with end finish. Hair was very dry and styling not at all to my standard.... not straight enough.

I have been here a few times and I’ve had positive experiences on each visit. Staff are professional, kind, and easy to talk to. I am always seen at my appointment time and leave in good time. Celaska and Kissey in particular usually do my hair and I am always happy when I leave.
The staff know a lot about hair and have helped to restore my hair from weak, dry and brittle to thick and healthy. Thank you!
