Very disappointing and poor value for money. The massage was fine but I wouldn’t bother with the other facilities.

The room was very cold, and the hot stones were only warm - so spent most of the massage slightly chilly. When I was first met, I was criticised for having a coffee before my massage, then the girl laughed when I said I didn’t want my legs/feet massaged - just an odd response that did not make me feel relaxed or like I was at a proper spa. Then at the end when I left and explained the room had been very cold - another massage therapist agreed with me that it was an issue. But I received no real apology and I could hear my therapist complaining about me to colleagues as I got in the lift. All round a poor customer service experience. Ironically she could do an ok massage itself - but everything else was lacking. I won’t be going back.
