This is the 4th time I have stayed in this hotel. I always find the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and the facilities are good. The location is beautiful. I had three treatment by a lovely young lady called Ellen, she was friendly and professional and did a great job.

I loved the ambiance, cleanliness and in particular the products they used. The therapist explained to me what each oil contains as well as what it is used for, which was very helpful. I chose the one that helps combat fatigue.
I did not appreciate the fact that the therapist kept insisting on selling those oils. I understand she might get a commission on each bottle sold, but she came across rather aggressive and pushy- which I did not enjoy

We had such a lovely day at the spa and it was definitely the staff that made it fantastic. It was a first time spa day for my partner. The reception staff were incredibly helpful right from the moment we stepped into the hotel. And the two women who Massaged us, Martine and Louise were just fantastic. They were helpful, knowlegeable, and great massages exactly to our requirements. Especially for my partner who had never had a massage before and had found the prospect a little daunting. Both of them made him and myself very at ease- and they were fun too. Such a great experience and treat. The only shame was the lack of loungers and space for loungers in the spa area. But the facilities were clean and well kept. We have already recommended it to others! Thanks team!
