My first contact with the spa was over the phone when I queried about the Marine Algae Wrap treatment as this was my first experience getting a body wrap. Laura was very helpful in explaining what the treatment would consist of. On the day, the lovely masseuse Didi did the wrap treatment, and went out of her way to guide me through the treatment. She was friendly and professional, and went above and beyond to make my birthday treat to myself special! It left my skin feeling so smooth! I personally did feel slightly ill in the night, potentially due to the detoxing effects of the treatment, so I'd advise that you drink plenty of water. The treatment, and the effect however is worth it!

Sadly the therapist did not carry out the full massage as described on this site. She did not carry out the head massage and at points was looking at her phone. Even if this was for time, I would have expected the phone to be on the side but I heard messages being received. Also the staff upon arrival, did not greet me at all just told me to fill in a form. I had to ask someone if I should go and find my therapist instead. Overall I was disappointed despite the venues location and high charges.
