Laura & Anna from the Quad Spa are incredibly welcoming and cheery staff. They go the extra mile at ALL my visits along with David. The massage by Kimberly was an excellent experience. I emerged feeling incredibly relaxed. The staff Laura and Anna made this visit especially special and should receive recognition and praise from their headquarters for their consistent hard work. I will recommend this to everyone.

This was my first visit to the Spa. The venue was contemporary, comfortable and relaxing. The staff were welcoming, helpful and efficient.
Didi asked all the right questions and then gave me a smooth massage without pain. The facial was very relaxing, so I drifted off to sleep!
After only a couple of hours using the Spa facilities, I felt as though I had been there all day.
We also booked afternoon tea which was a real treat.
Would not hesitate to recommend and we will certainly be coming back.
