As a Mother’s Day treat it was pleasant
Staff were friendly, polite & accomodating
Locker/changing room too small, had to stand & change myself & child in front of locker as not enough bench area & no private facility
Massage in treatment room was fantastic, woman asked my preference of firmness .. it was head to toe .. very relaxing & even gave me a glass of water at the end
Pool too small to have a swim lesson going on, guests trying to do lengths & a kids time
Wasn’t impressed with seeing two male guests in jacuzzi drinking alcohol out of a can during kids swim time
As a Spa facility .. No .. as a leisure facility with beauty options in a hotel .. Yes.

great experience. The 1 hour massage was brilliant!!!! I loved it!!!! the staff are really nice..... the place was cleaned and great! I loved the experience and will go back again definitely.
