Lovely treatment and friendly staff. Although I did not use the spa facilities they looked good although they do have swimming lessons going on during the day for infants so some crying etc but once you’re in the treatment room you don’t hear anything

The massage I received was good but there was no music which made the whole experience a little strange and not so relaxing..also I paid for hot stones which I did not get which was disappointing. I didn’t mention this to the therapist as I was waiting for them towards the end of the treatment, and then suspected it would take too long to prepare after the treatment already came to an end so I no point. The facilities were good to use so I would use the club again but not for treatments.

Took my mum and I have to say the staff were incredibly. We had such an amazing experience and would definitely go again!

The day was great from the minute we got there. The staff were welcoming and greeted us with a bottle of water. Robe, slippers and biscuits were located in the locker, which was a nice touch. Very good facilities and the steam room was relaxing. Had an amazing couples massage which was more than worth the price (Dee Dee did the massage and was perfect). I would recommend this to anyone looking for a day of relaxation. Definitely plan on returning very soon.
