The spa is lovely and so was the therapist. However the facial itself I personally feel is not worth the price. It was just using lots of caudalie products one after the other.

My treatments were amazing and the facilities were great. Only down fall was staff at reception did not really explain things well.

The service and treatments were great. Staff were well mannered and polite.
However , the actual spa pool could do with more chairs or loungers for guests and around the pool side was an accumulation of dirt which means it’s not being cleaned often enough .
The steam and sauna rooms were great and changing facilities were fine .
