Everything was amazing and i had a consultation before the treatment so it was tailored to me. I was advised that i could use the facilities afterwards which included a swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and Sauna. Overall experience was extremely relaxing and i would recommend it to friends too.

One of my favourite treatments to have and the new therapist Samrita was very nice too. Emma and the Team were also very accommodating with my company I bought along whilst I was having my treatment, this was very much appreciated!

This spa experience was incredible. Victoria is amazing and Alina also, they were our first experience. And Alexandra and Martin were just as amazing. Great spa,great staff, clean and friendly. Quad Health Spa is a great little gem in the heart of East London. Our regular relaxation point of call. Definetly will be booking Energy booster ritual again or Deep Muscle Tissue Massage.

Was seen immediately after walking out of the lift to reception, so first impressions were great. Lovely place. My nails do look neat so I'm happy. Will be revising to sample out their other treatments. They could not see that I had pre-paid via Treatwell at first so asked for payment from me. However, it was resolved pretty quickly. Thanks.
