Unfortunately this was not the therapeutic spa day I had hoped for when making the booking. Upon arrival it was clear that there were problems with a number of people's bookings and the check in process was a shambles. Having booked a spa day with a therapeutic massage I had hoped for a tranquil experience, unfortunately the facilities do not lend themselves to an end-to-end relaxing spa experience as the massage rooms are on one level (next to reception), changing rooms in a different area, sauna in the changing room area and steam room beside the public pool.
The hot stone massage was good and the therapist was very nice. I would recommend an individual treatment, but not a 'spa day' as such as the facilities do not support the overall customer journey, the overall experience was disappointing.

I would thoroughly recommend the manicure and nail treatment, it was a reasonable price and my nails looked great. If it was only this treatment I would have been happy but I had booked it as part of a spa day and unfortunately the facilities do not lend themselves to a relaxing spa day as advertised. The treatments are good but the ambience is not conducive to a relaxing spa day.

I booked this for a friends birthday surprise, she love it's did too. The staff where lovely and allowed us to have our treatments at the same time. My friends masseuse was really good and she has a great time mine could have been a little better but still good!
