I had a spa day with hot stone massage which was very soft touch and relaxed but left some stiffness on my shoulder.
However, therapist girl was very pretty and tried her best so it was ok.
Only shame about jacuzzi was out of order.

From the moment I arrived to the reception, I was greet by a friendly staff, then Nicole the lady who provided the massage was excellent, very professional and always making sure that I was comfortable. The spa is amazing, clean, welcoming and relaxing. I will definitely go back. 100 % recommended. Many thanks for such a professional service.

I had a great day, the treatments & massage were superb and the staff were friendly. My friends and I came out totally relaxed and happy. The only thing that spoilt the peace and relaxing was... there were a lot of noisy kids in the pool and Jacuzzi, I went on a Saturday. But it was worth every penny and I would go again.

Very mixed experience. The facial was great. The massage was OK. The beauty area is very nice but the spa is a totally different story: too small, too busy, nowhere to relax. They ran out of cups for the water and the place was a bit grubby. I think there should be more staff in that area to look after it. As someone else said, skip the spa and just go for the treatments. I could have spent much less elsewhere and had a better experience.
