Firstly I will say that the Swedish massage I recieved from Renata was amazing. A true professional and expert. The price was rather hefty though at £68 for 55 mins I thought was pretty steep. The spa itself was clean and heat in both the sauna (seperate in the ladies changing room) and steam room was spot on. The pool however was very crowded with children so it wasn't that relaxing in there. I did feel that this drew away from the whole spa experience and maybe they need to rethink this through as th really couldn't relax there. I felt that some of the parents at the pool were quite rude too. One child was playing ball games in the pool and the ball hit me on the face. The parents didn't even apologise which I thought I was bad.
