Whilst the treatment I had was excellent and the staff member who carried this out was really lovely and considerate, I was disappointed with the spa itself. I had been prewarned on Treatwell that the spa provided swimming lessons for children on the day we booked, but I didn't realise the pool would be full of the parents of the children who were sitting and watching. At one point, my partner and I couldn't sit down as the seats and even the loungers were taken by the parents, and I felt self conscious in my swimming costume surrounded by clothed men and women. I felt that this should have been flagged by Treatwell before I booked. I would have liked cubicles in the changing rooms for privacy. I basically felt that I went to a leisure pool and paid a fortune for it, but got a nice treatment as a consolation. I'd go back to the ESPA rooms, but I wouldn't pay to use the spa again.

Had many massages before. Somehow she is the only one that can work out most of the knots.. Super clean and very good facility as well
