The massage started approximately 10 minutes after the appointment time, though this was not a problem as the waiting area was calming, and there was adequate tea and coffee facilities whilst waiting. This was the second time I'd been for a massage here. The first time I had used the spa facilities also and was invited to use a locker. This time I kept my things with me in the massage room. It would have been better to have a coat rack in the room to keep my bag and clothes on, rather than on the floor. It was my first time having an aromatherapy massage, and the pressure was not enough for me, but that's related to the style of the massage! Overall, having a massage here is a nice treat.
Great service and very professional staff from the reception to the beautician herself. I will definitely will use their services again in a near future. Thank you.
