Nails lasted more than 2 weeks and I was very pleased with them. Samrita is very thorough and good at her work.
Enjoyed the massage and was able to use the sauna afterwards, though the pool and steam room were unfortunately closed for maintainance.
Crowne Plaza is easy to locate, short walk away from Royal Victoria DLR.
Reception was friendly and efficient.
The masseuse was delayed for about 15 mins. But the massage itself was great. She asked what my issues were and addressed them directly. Really happy with results with the well over due massage.
Unfortunately spa facilities was not working so can not comment on that.
The spa can get a bit noisy as it's near a swimming pool. Very professional and friendly service. Nails were done to a high standard and I'm very pleased with them.
