Really nice hotel. Visited here on Sunday 15th January 2017 with my Mum for a Spa Day Treat as her Christmas present which we both thoroughly enjoyed. We both had a massage treatment and it made us feel very relaxed afterwards. The staff were also very nice. However, you pay a lot of money to go there and have a relaxing experience and it's not nice when you're surrounded by kids by the pool jumping in and squealing even though there are clear sign posts of 'No jumping' for obvious reasons. Therefore, I personally think children should be banned from being allowed in the Spa as it takes away the relaxation feeling.
The treatments were lovely and the treatment area was nice, but the rest of the club isn't really set up for spa days. The hotel pool doesn't really have any seating and was busy with children for part of my trip (check hours in the description). It really wasn't a relaxing place to be and I ended up leaving straight after my treatment.
