Firstly, this isn't a spa - it is a leisure centre! Secondly, the photo and package has misled customers, to begin with the window on the left shows it is tinted - that is not the case at all! You can see the car park on the left window and the right flats, vans and people walking by. 1) The pool was pictured very differently from how it appeared on the website: it was dirty, grimy, in need of repair and had exposed areas of building work which should have been cordoned off My massage was average in a dingy darken room where the toilet hand dryers could be heard and people talking! - another treatment that I couldn't enjoy! 2) The list of included facilities from the Treatwell website also lists a "Heated Pool" and a "Spa Pool". This suggested two different pools, however there was just one which definitely wasn't heated. 3) The list also mentioned a "Sauna". Upon arrival however we learned there were separate same-sex saunas in the basic standard changing rooms were the showers had flimsy curtains like public leisure centres. 4) The list also mentions use of a "Steam Room" which was out of order on the day! This is a public shared steam room with everyone at the pool! 5) The jacuzzi was broken and tiny! 6) The fine print did mention that a toddler's swimming class would be running until 12pm. However this overrun and the staff then took a long time to pack away. This meant we did not have full access to the pool until well after 12. There was children's class all day, where kids were screaming - no calmness at all. 7) The picture of the pool on the Treatwell website also suggests darkened, tinted windows (photo attached) however both sides of the pool were exposed to passers by on the streets! Complete waste of money - I will not be going back!

Great!
It's a nice spa but a bit small side. I had an amazing massage and a relaxing time.
Fab massages! but venue is average for spa facilities.
