The treatments we received were great and really relaxing.
The only issue was that there was no warning of fire alarm test around 14:15 and part of the air conditioning unit fell down after work men had been looking at it. There were no warning signs about the work.
It would have been beneficial to have been warned that Work was going on by the pool and that the fire alarm would sound before we went into the pool.

I had a great day here. The treatment was fantastic, after which I went for a swim in the lovely pool and then relaxed in the hot tub. I'd definitely go back.

The treatments where ok. But I felt short changed when I booked for a full body massage(55mins) facial(25mins) lasted just over an hour instead of 1hr and 20mins. 1 also found out if I booked the treatments on the day I would of saved money as well. Not what I would of expected from a hotel like this and also as it was an anniversary treat from my husband who was not please either especially as we use this hotel a lot.
