I was not particularly impressed with the massage. It was relaxing but not as much plus I felt pain in few spots on my body later.

Friendly staff. Treatments were great. But facilities were not worth the money we spend to spend a suppose day in a spa. Not much to space to enjoy swimming pool. Missing a relax room to enjoy post treatment massages.

Had a really good spa treatment. Bach/shoulders and neck massage and d-vine facial treatment. Really disappointed about spa facilities, there isn’t a place for relax after the massage and swimming pool facilities are too small and busy. Otherwise staff was very friendly as approachable. Afternoon tea was really nice and food was fresh and tasty.
Was not happy with service ..the staff looked untidy..the suite smelt dingy the massage was not to my standard.i went last year was very impressed that was what brought me ba j ..but very disappointed....never AGAIN..very overpriced service
