Pros:
- Decor in massage area
- Music in massage area
- Power of jacuzzi, sauna and steam room
- Massage itself
- Facial was lovely
Cons:
- It's just a standard 'leisure centre' - hardly a spa like feel
- The slippers that are given are terrible and probably a health and safety issue - they have no grip!
- Changing rooms were not nice and dirty in places
- Not an inviting environment
- Therapist was chatting throughout the whole treatments, even though I was trying to hint not to (not ideal for a massage)
- Massage music started off spooky - weird piano music with thunder, followed by the next track - farm yard sounds (heard a cow and a sheep!). Very odd to listen to when you're having a massage and trying to relax.
- No sunbeds or place to relax or rest your head. Even in the waiting area, you can't put your head back - after a massage, I like to lie down and fall asleep!
This isn't a spa and not worth the money - be aware of what you are booking before you book. The pictures fool you - that is not what the pool really looks like!

Hayley was excellent as always. Attention to the fine detail.
The venue have removed the loungers and now there is no where to relax.

Hayley was so friendly and chatty and completely put me at ease. The deep tissue massage was great and she gave me lots of tips afterwards on how to keep calm and not get stressed so easily - one of the tips I am still using now and am feeling the benefits. Hayley is really good at her job and I recommend having a treatment with her!
