Both the massage and customer service here were spot on. The visit was thoroughly enjoyable and I highly recommend using the spa.
This was my mums birthday present. In the body massage they don't massage legs and arms. They kept my mum waiting in reception for 1 hour..no one attended to her. Two people on the spa reception promised me on the phone that my mum would be able to use the other facilities at Virgin like the pool and sauna but Virgin staff said no access. I have complained to Qi spa and they said they will call me. Its been 2 days and they haven't called.
This was a birthday present and I felt truly pampered. I arrived late and the staff bent backwards to fully accommodate my session. I had a great therapist who enquired about my needs, she made me feel comfortable and delivered a brilliant back massage and a lovely relaxing facial. Overall it was a great experience and I can wholeheatedly recommend the spa and it's dedicated staff who will always try to give something extra. Thank you Qui Spa staff.
Care and overall service was excellent. Felt refreshed and totally relaxed by the end of it. The therapist was considerate to my needs and requirements and tailored her time accordingly. Setting & products are amazing. Highly recommended.
I am always happy and relaxed when I leave this spa. I firstly went there for gel nails on both fingers and toes for my holiday - they lasted nearly a month, and my toes even longer. The therapists were all so friendly and professional, and I particularly loved the sparkly colours they have for gels, still my favourite nails I've ever had!
I also have had a few different massages here, the Aromatherapy one was so relaxing. The therapist made me feel very comfortable, and really made me feel like they cared about the treatment.
They also stock some lovely products for gifts, and are great at recommending skin products after a facial.
Would highly recommend!
